SERVPRO was called to a home in Cleveland, Ohio because the kitchen ceiling had collapsed. After a thorough inspection by a structural engineer since there were no water leaks to be found, cleanup could begin, and a new ceiling installed. As you can see from the before photos, there was a huge mess to be cleaned. It took the SERVPRO crews one day to get the kitchen to look like the after photo. The process began with removing the debris, sweeping, washing surfaces and HEPA vacuum to name a few steps.
